This neighbourhood is defined by its main access artery of Fraser Street. The Main Street Corridor and Commercial Drive is within walking distance. Head southeast down Kingsway and you’ll reach Joyce-Collingwood, then Metrotown in Burnaby.

Fraser neighbourhood is mainly made up of single-family houses, most of which were built prior to 1940s. Also, you can find there a large number of bungalows that are examples of the residential development in the 80s.
