The Tenant Placement Service is for those landlords who need assistance finding the best qualified tenant, but who would like to manage the property and tenant themselves. This service includes:

  • A free rental value assessment
  • Free website advertising on www.vancouverrentalgroup.ca
  • Locating credible tenants with properly placed advertising
  • Flexible show times to maximize your potential market
  • Utilizing legal documentation and all the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Credit and reference checks
  • Collection of security deposits
  • Net income deposited directly to the Owner’s bank account
  • Generate monthly and annual statements
  • Repair requests, complaint issues and emergencies are directed to our property managers.
  • Repairs are dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Rent increases, lease renewals, inspections, and strata issues
  • Condition report with digital images
  • Non-residential tax forms NR6 and NR4 will be submitted via www.cra-arc.gc.ca
  • Unfurnished Rental Property Management — RATES
  • 50% of the first month’s rent, plus tax. This is based on a 12-month fixed-term lease.
  • 8% per month ($100 minimum for condos and $175 for single-family dwellings) for full management, residents and non-residents.
  • $30 monthly charge for non-resident filing.
